Spent €300 to get from our resort. We had to leave early in the morning and decided the night before to take some food which we have done at other theme parks.

Very nice park with a futuristic look mixed with italian architecture. Only 2 rides worth going. It's worth going only to be able to ride Red Force.

They refused to do anything and said we could go to customer services. We searched to no avail and ended up having to dump the food in a bin.

Went to use the lockers but we're told we needed identification. We explained our passports were secure back at the resort and offered to empty the bag to show what was in it.

Expensive food and merchandise as to be expected. The area is covered in Italian buildings and even a mini Colosseum.

It would seem that they are happy to take your money but after that you are on your own.

When we arrived we couldn't access the park with food and was informed there were lockers we could use.

I emailed the park regarding this issue and all the sales literature didn't specify any of this information.

This park is great. It's small but it definitely packs a punch. Upon entering the park you realise this is very different compared to the main park. It has a more modern vibe compared to the main park which is supposed to be a trip around the world. The layout is simple. It revolves around the Ferrari experience building with Red Force; Junior Championship; the stunt show; and all the Italian architecture to the left from the main entrance and everything else straight on with links at the back of the park so you can quickly get to everything. The attractions are great but mainly targeted towards thrill seekers. Red Force is the star of the show and the only coaster at the park. It has a 111mph launch and a 367ft tall top hat. Making it the tallest and fastest coaster in Europe by miles. Other attractions include Thrill Towers, two 180ft tall Shot & Drop towers named Bounce-Back and Free-Fall respectively; Flying Dreams, a flying theatre comparable to Soarin' at Epcot; and Racing Legends, a simulator where you sit in a car and get driven at high speeds throughout the ages. And while the thrilling attractions are great, the children's rides are lacking, with Maranello grand race and Junior Championship being the only rides made that little kids can go on, the former generally having the longest waits in the park which isn't good for a kids ride. Another bad thing is that the operations are inconsistent (sometimes they're decent and other times they are not great) and the wait times displayed felt like the wait for 15 minutes ago. I think the prices are good for such a small park and if you get the combo ticket, its only a couple euros extra on top of the main park. Overall, the park is great. It isn't perfect however the park looks great, the attractions are pretty good overall. And because PortAventura weren't trying to build a huge second gate park and they were instead trying to build a place to go to for a couple of hours, I don't mind the small size and therefore can't justify the size as a negative. This place is great!

Been in touch with the park asking why the sales leaflets didn't specify their restrictions weren't on their brochures. They said they were on their website and sent me a pdf file on it. I would reply I didn't take a laptop on holiday but the email they sent me doesn't give me the facility to reply. Which seems to be the case I thought they are happy to take your money but after that you are on your own

Good addition the the already awesome theme park. If only coming for the day definitely get a ticket for the 2 parks or even all 3 as the Ferrari section is done in a few hours if queues are small. The main ride, Red Force is very fast but over in about 20 seconds. The Ferrari experience is also pretty good, the flying one is the best one.

This made my decision to never venture to Spain ever again.
